How do I pay for my order?

We won’t take any payment until your goods are despatched and to make sure you always have the highest level of security, your payment details are automatically encrypted when you enter them. You can pay for your online order using Visa, Mastercard, Delta, Solo, Visa Electron or Switch/Maestro. We also accept Paypal. All prices include VAT.


Can I cancel my order?

In compliance with Distance Selling Regulations, if you order over the phone or online you have the legal right to cancel your order within seven working days of receipt of the goods.

Do you deliver overseas?

Yes, Fashion Union deliver to selected countries in Europe.

Charge: Europe £7.95

We currently deliver to Belgium, Channel Islands, Denmark, France, Germany, Luxembourg, Monaco and the Netherlands.

Have you received my returned items?

As soon as your return has been processed by our warehouse, we'll email you to let you know.

In the unlikely event that you don't receive this email within 10 days of posting your parcel to us, please get in touch with our Customer Services Team and we'll get back to you as soon as possible.

If you have returned your parcel using Recorded Delivery or another service that can be tracked, please give us the reference number when you contact us.
