Fashion Union offer several delivery options which vary in cost and the amount of time the orders takes to reach you.

Free Standard Delivery - £3.95
On UK orders over £50. Normally £3.95. Delivered within 3-5 working days

Free Next Day Delivery - £5.95
On UK Mainland* orders over £75. Normally £5.95. Orders must be placed before 4pm Monday to Thursday. Deliveries using this service must be signed for.
*This service takes 2 working days in Northern Ireland.

Europe £7.95
We currently deliver to: Belgium, Channel Islands, Denmark, France, Germany, Luxembourg, Monaco and the Netherlands. Delivered within 7-10 working days

Returns policy

In addition to the Distance Selling Regulations, you can return any item within 28 days of receipt for a refund of that item or to exchange it for a different size or colour (sale & promotional items must be returned within 7 days of receipt).

Sale Items

If you are not happy with what you have bought in the sale, you can return it to us unworn and in its original condition within 7 days of receipt for a full refund. Unfortunately, we cannot offer exchanges on sale items due to limited availability.

For returns made outside the Distance Selling Regulations, we will refund the monetary value of the goods returned to us, at the price you purchased them.

Please note that in the interests of hygiene, earrings, eyelashes, tights and swimwear cannot be returned, unless they have remained in their original wrapping or are faulty.

In all cases, the items returned must be in their original condition, which includes any packaging. For example, shoes are to be returned along with the original shoe box. All goods will be inspected on return.

The goods are your responsibility until they reach our Warehouse. Please ensure you package your return to prevent any damage to the items or boxes. We are not responsible for any items that are returned to us in error.

As an online business, we aim to provide a Returns service that is totally hassle-free for you.

From receipt, you have 28 days to return any item within your order (sale & promotional items must be returned within 14 days). Just fill out the Returns Form enclosed with your order.


How to return

There are two ways to return items to Fashion Union; by Royal Mail or Collect+

NO FUSS RETURNS

Avoid large postage fees by pre-paying for a label which will cover the cost of your return to Fashion Union, using the Royal Mail or the Collect + service. Select 'No Fuss Returns' at the checkout to purchase your label for only £1.50

Returns via Royal Mail - return your parcel at your local Post Office and obtain proof of postage. Please retain your receipt for your records

Or,



Return items at any of over 4,500 local shops offering Collect+ service, typically open early to late, seven days a week for £3.95.

You will be given a receipt and code to track your parcel online.

1. Go to www.collectplus.co.uk/fashionunion where you can enter your postcode to find your local shop

2. Visit www.collectplus.co.uk/fashionunion and follow the instructions to purchase and print off a returns label

3. Securely attach the label to your parcel ensuring that the barcode is clearly visible and that the original delivery label is covered.

4. Drop off your parcel at any local store offering the Collect+ service.



Remember that you can avoid large postage fees by pre-paying for a 'No Fuss Returns' label for £1.50



It may take up to 10 days for us to receive your return, depending on which postal service you use. However once we receive your item/s, we will inspect and process the return which may take up to 14 days.

So you are kept informed, we will send you an email confirming the action we have taken, as soon as we are confident the goods are in their original condition and the return has been allocated to your fashionunion.com account.

Any refund will automatically be issued to the card used to make the original purchase and in the event, we are unable to provide a suitable replacement we will automatically refund you and let you know via email.

In all cases, the items returned must be in their original condition. All goods will be inspected on return and any item in unsuitable condition will be sent back to you.
